Grant funds will be used to:

* Develop and print Reset & Rebuild™ curriculum, workbooks, journals, and educational materials.
* Provide scholarships for individuals who cannot afford coaching or workshops, including low-income families and single parents.
* Host community workshops, leadership training, and wellness events focused on personal growth, faith, emotional wellness, and workforce readiness.
* Purchase technology, presentation equipment, software, and supplies needed for virtual and in-person training.
* Expand outreach through podcasts, educational resources, and community engagement.
* Support marketing, community awareness, and partnerships with churches, nonprofits, and local organizations.
* Purchase operational supplies and equipment necessary to deliver high-quality coaching and educational services.
Target Audience
RBHL, LLC (Restoring Back Healthy Lives) serves individuals and families who are seeking healing, personal growth, and lasting transformation. Our primary audience includes:

* Women ages 30–65 navigating major life transitions, emotional healing, health challenges, or career changes.
* Single parents, unemployed and underemployed adults seeking encouragement, life skills, and employment readiness.
* Individuals recovering from trauma, grief, addiction, abuse, or other difficult life experiences.
* Faith-based individuals who desire spiritual growth, biblical discipleship, and Christ-centered life coaching.
* Youth and young adults (ages 14–25) who need mentoring, leadership development, and positive life direction.
* Seniors who desire purpose, wellness, and continued personal development.
* Churches, nonprofits, schools, community organizations, and businesses seeking workshops on leadership, wellness, resilience, and personal development.

Short-Term Goals (1–3 Years)

* Expand RBHL (Restoring Back Healthy Lives) programs throughout the local community by partnering with schools, churches, ministries, nonprofits, and workplaces.
* Provide faith-based workshops, coaching, support groups, and wellness programs that help individuals identify and address emotional pain, trauma, grief, and life challenges before they become long-term crises.
* Equip individuals and families with practical tools to build healthy relationships, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, and strengthen their emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
* Increase access to affordable programs through scholarships, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives, especially for underserved populations.

Long-Term Goals (3–10 Years)

* Establish the RBHL Institute in multiple states as a recognized center for faith-based leadership, life coaching, wellness education, and personal development.
* Develop a nationally recognized curriculum that can be implemented in schools, churches, ministries, workplaces, and community organizations.
* Train and certify coaches, mentors, and facilitators to deliver RBHL programs across the country.
* Create sustainable partnerships that promote healthier families, stronger communities, and supportive workplaces where people can find hope, healing, and purpose.
* Foster a culture where individuals are equipped to recognize and work through past trauma and emotional wounds early, reducing stigma and encouraging healthy support, resilience, and personal growth.

Funding priorities
The requested grant funding of $5,000 will be used to expand the programs and community impact of RBHL, LLC (Restoring Back Healthy Lives). The funding will help us provide faith-based life coaching, wellness education, leadership development, and transformational workshops that empower individuals and families to reset, rebuild, and restore their lives.

RBHL, LLC is seeking grant funding to expand its community impact by offering quarterly workshops, educational programs, and outreach initiatives that promote healing, healthy relationships, leadership development, and personal growth.

Grant funding will be used to support:

* Facility Rental: Secure safe, accessible meeting spaces each quarter to host workshops, conferences, support groups, and community events.
* Workshop Materials: Purchase participant workbooks, journals, educational handouts, office supplies, and presentation materials.
* Technology & Equipment: Acquire audio/visual equipment, computers, projectors, microphones, and software needed for in-person and virtual programming.
* Meals & Refreshments: Provide meals and light refreshments for workshop participants to encourage attendance and create a welcoming environment.
* Community Giveaways: Distribute clothing, hygiene kits, toiletries, and other essential items during quarterly outreach events to assist individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.
* Scholarships: Offer free or reduced-cost participation for individuals and families who cannot afford coaching, workshops, or educational programs.
* Program Operations: Support marketing, outreach, volunteer training, insurance, administrative expenses, and other operational costs necessary to sustain and grow RBHL’s services.

These investments will enable RBHL, LLC to create a supportive environment where individuals and families can find hope, healing, practical life skills, and Christ-centered encouragement while strengthening relationships within their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.
