MWGT is a charity that distributes grants to local organizations to promote the welfare of women, children and families. Members pay a yearly membership fee of $50 to operate the organization and pay bills. During the calendar year members donate a minimum of $365 that is awarded as grants in the following year. For instance, money collected in 2020 was awarded as grants in 2021 after a rigorous evaluation process that includes at least 25% of the membership.

The . . consists of approximately 20 doctors dentist PAs nurses translators and aides. Annually we provide "in-country" free and dental examinations as well as medications vitamins clothing and other health and beauty supplies to about 1,500 sick and poor families in Honduras. Due to COVID-19 the April 2021 trip was cancelled. However we provided and humanitarian supplies remotely through the School Sisters of Notre Dame in US and Honduras. Note additional collection of and Humanitarian supplies and funds due to two Category IV Hurricanes which devastated Honduras in Nov 2020 was delivered in early 2021.

One the many services offered by the organization is the distribution of food in a warm, friendly and dignified environment. Here the needy can come to agrocery-like free food pantry, or they can have food delivered directly to theirhomes. They will also receive advice and information about United Statesgovernment food assistance programs.Also providing fund to needy children for Education.
